Born Joesph Henry Burnett, in 1948, in St. Louis, Missouri, singer/songwriter {T-Bone Burnett} has become on of the most prolific and influential producers and critically acclaimed musicians in music today. He's a singer and song writer who started his career playing in blues bands in his native Forth Worth; toured with Bob Dylan's legendary Rolling Thunder Revue in the mid-1970's and more recently has been producing groups like Counting Crows, The Wallflowers, BoDeans, Los Lobos, Bruce Cockburn and others.
More recently T Bone won a Grammy for producing the soundtrack to the criticaly acclaimed and beloved "O Brother Who Art Thou", and picked up two nominations for his work on "Cold Mountain." T Bone also was responsible fro bringing his "Down from the Mountain" Tour including Alison Krauss and nearly 70 other performers to TMP's benefit concert at Fort Worth's Bass Performance Hall.
